I used to love this company! But when i came to the check in on my return trip from Moscow to NYC - i was told the Travelocity canceled my ticket all the way back while i was on the first half on my trip! I had to rush and buy a substitute ticket and pay twice as much money!
When I called Travelocity - they even did not apologized and offered me 30% of what I spent on the ticket!
