When I arrived at the hotel I got told that I would not be able to stay the 3 nights that I had already payed for and was told that I could stay the first night and then would need to find another hotel for the last 2 nights and would be reimbursed for all 3 nights. I said ok, got a different hotel for the next night. It has now been 2 months and I have got nothing back and the hotel has told Expedia that I stayed all 3 nights and they will not reimburse me. I booked the second hotel thru Expedia as well and would not have done that if I was already staying at the carlton. Expedia is allowing a hotel that they put on there website to commit fraud and I will not be using expedia ever again and would not encourage anyone to use it.
