The worst place ever! Terrible service, Rude people, and liars! I booked my Vegas trip for Sunday for $25, but then had to reschedule it for Tuesday, which cost me another $5. BUT only to realize that they sent me the wrong schedule.instead of apologizing, they sent me to another office in LA and told me that the other bus leaves in 15 minutes, and that the bus driver will wait for me. So I drive to the other office only to find out that the bus driver left! So in a period of 30 minutes,
I realized that my ticket schedule was wrong, the secretaries lied to me, and the bus driver left. Yet I still get no apology or sympathy.
Rude. Worst place ever. I am telling you, do not use this place!!!
Have never had a worse experience.
Everything was ok until on the way in the bus I asked the driver if we are going to make any stops.
He was rude and annoyed that I dared to ask any questions while he was looking at my ticket. He said "why does it matter, what's the problem if we make stops it doesn't matter" I said "I was just wondering". He told me to not interrupt him and not ask anything while he is doing his
job. I asked what was wrong with his attitude, he just kept being rude.
Next he took the ticket from a guy behind me. I asked if I should go in now. He told me "go if you are ready". I said why haven't you instructed me to do so. He blocked the entrance in the bus when I grabbed my suitcase and was ready to go in. I waited. He finished with the guy and said "are you ready to go now". I said yes and I asked what did I do that he has such an attitude. He said "don't ask any questions". I said "I paid for the service why can't I ask the questions". And I proceeded to go in the bus and he tried ti block the entrance and pushed me.
Here I am now sitting in this damn bus and crying.
Please just don't go with this company.
