We were on vaction in virgina taking care of my mother in law and we were having a great time and i got bad news that my dad passed on and i had to go home early. Remaber i am disable as well my self. So i got up and went to tees corner to ask gray hound bus stastion and asked her to print a travel plan. And i asked if i had to change the date on my tickets and the lady said no you do not have to change your tickets because they are round tickets ok. I said even if they are a week early? So she gave me a print schedule and we went to pack and get ready to get on the bus. We got on the bus and right after we got on the bus the bus driver of 86097 on june 13 my mother in law asked the bus driver to be easy with the bag because it had breakables on it and the bus driver told her to go f... Herself and her husband said dont say that and he is going to report him as well. The bus driver got on the bus and we preseeded to the next stop and he asked another bus driver about our tickets and said nothing we preseeded to another stop he told everyone this is a 5 min stop for ciggerette stop and he preseeded to get off to meet another bus and we have got off the bus and he asked us if we were the ones from tees corner oke hall virgina we said yes we were and he said you need to get your stuff and get on that bus because you are going to back to oke hall virginga where you because you tickets were date for june 19. Then i said they are round trip tickets. They are good for a year. And then he said he called texas comand and they said to kick us off the bus but then he said ok and the other bus driver said they right they purchace the tickets a mounth ago and just have them go to ticket booth in newyork. Then we preseeded on the bus and the bus driver came to the back to the bus and said you need to go right to the ticket booth when you get there. We said you dont need to be rude about it and the bus driver said well you can get your things and get off the bus right now! I told frank to be quiet i just want to get home for my dads furnuel. So he did. Then we got to new york at 730 am and when we got off the bus the driver turned us in to secrety officer and they exsorted to the grayhound bus ticket booth and they said you need to change your tickets for june 13. Then i asked for a copy of my my destanation from portland to virgina and from virgina to portland for taxes reasons and they said you cannot have them i said i want a copy for my taxes after 1/2 hr. They finely gave me a copy and a charge us $30.00 for change of tickets with right date and the bus driver was still being rude and we asked him please stop being rude to us. And said if we wanted that he could kick us all of busses then i said frank please be quiet so i can get home. After changing our schedule to 1230 pm when we should be on 830am. To boston well we went to station 84 to get on the bus peterpan bus driver i asked him if we could get on the 830 am even if we had schedule he said no problem sir get in line. So we did and we got to boston. Then we tranferd to concord trailines and they took us to portland because i just didnt want to wait to get on gray hound bus. We got home early than we should have. But i will never take a gray hound agin. Thanks denise wilcox and frank breed. I nerver thought you have so much trouble with a bus!
