After using miles to book a trip I was excited to go on vacation and have fun. The flight I had was in bad shape and not all of the amenities were working. So I was sad. On the flight back, a piece of the plane fell off and hit me! I was scared and contacted the flight attendant. She said don't worry and told me to throw it under my seat.
So I was not happy and contacted delta customer service. They want to give me and my partner 3000 miles! I paid 60000!!! They have lost me as a customer.
My partner is also disabled and they break Ada laws all the time and discriminate against disabled.
