I have had similar problems; no return of phone calls, no acknowledgement of letters, etc. I did not receive the member packet of information and procedures until after I had written requesting refund of my membership. I sent it back unopened and again requested return of the membership fee. I have still not received a response.
At the initial membership meeting, Karen Roth, V.P. Of member services, promised that the membership fee would be returned any time during the first year of membership if I were unhappy with their service. To date, I have received no service.
