I received (NO,) correspondence with regards this, and the waiting caused, immense
anxiety, and distress/
I had no, time to agree. Or to think
during a phone call, concerning a holiday in
Florida that was supposed to be a prize.
I would advise anyone who may also become
involved, and wish to Cancell, to do so as soon as they can, by writing to the below address. Also, (Register) any mail you send.
I am Gratefull that my money has been returned by, All Seasons Travell, it looks like the firm had good intentions, in the offer of a holiday: One follow up phone call or one note from them, to say they accepted the cancellation would have taken away a lot of the worry.
They will gain confidence, and customers, by giving people TIME. To think it all out, and not deducting money, for at least one week..
