On June used outlet-hotels.com to do some hotel resrvations if France, two months ahead, used hotels from their site, paid with my credit card and reservation was confirmed. One moth later, recived an email from outlet-hotels canceling the reservation due to hotel overbooking and stating refund would be returned in 21 days since then no money has been refunded and only one answer to one of my four emails was received last month saying money would be in my account in a few days, never happened i called the hotel, they said they had never received any request from outlook-hotels but they would accept my reservation
