I booked a flight for my wife and by self early about 6 am online. We are both over 70 years old and then realized we could not fly. I tried to cancel on line. To no avail. I called the company by 7 am... Was told that it was non refundable and I should have read the contract thoroughly... I then called my credit card company to place this in dispute... I now have recived a letter back telling me I am stuck
I feel that a purchase made and cancelled with one hour should be credited back to the buyer... With no penalties... And if there are they should be minimual...
Theh have taken a postion that I feel is a negative stand for any business... I have told many of my friends to stay away from this company
