Took My Money and Bad Customer Service

Tried to book a trip on Travelocity. It said the return flight I wanted was not available so tried to pick another flight. We didn't like any of them so we decided to use a different site. We cancelled our session and thought everything would be fine. Checked the bank the next day and we were charged for the whole trip. Called customer service and of course as usual when you call somewhere, well I got someone that could barely speak english. He said we put a hold on the amount of the trip and you will get it back in 24-48 hours. I said I never booked a trip, he said we put a hold on the money, again I never booked a trip. He said you tried to so we hold the money. What kind of BS is that? He said sorry that's what we do. I told him I will never use his company again. Of course he doesn't care, I'm just one person.
