We booked a one way ticket from Denver to San Diego for my very ill daughter on the wrong day. Immediately we tried to reverse the ticket. They did not answer their phones for 7 hours.By this time, our daughter had gone to the hospital. The next day, she again tried to board a United flight booked by Expedia. She collapsed at the airport door, had to be taken back to the hospital. Neither United nor Expedia refunded this ticket. If Expedia had answered their phones, we would have been able to get another way to get her home and avoid this catastrophe.
