When I fell for this scam a few years ago, I also called and demanded my money back with no luck. So, I realized I had paid for the trip by credit card, and so I called the credit card company and filed a fraud complaint. The credit card company began investigating and I gave them specific websites about this scam and how horrible they were and sure enough we got our money back.
Remember, give the credit card company the address to this website or have them type in "Ramada Plaza Resorts" and see the hundreds and thousands of complaints. The credit card company is on your side!
