Ripoff abused & mistreated

I also have fell into the Ramada Plaza hole and can't get out. I called their 800 number and for some reason gave them my credit card. They have been charging $50.00 to my credit card and when I refuse they send me to collections! I can't seem to cancel the package and get my money back.
