Ramada Plaza Resorts, offer me a vacation to Florida and a Cruise to Bahamas. The offer sounded really nice. I told the representative that I did not want to take the offer because I did not have the enough money on my credit card. He (Damien Vondenhaus) said that whatever amount I had was good enough, stating he was the manager or president of the hotel. I process everything and he even stated that my credit card limit was increased and he was able to get more. I doubt about it and called my credit card company.
My credit card company stated that the last transaction was for three times more the available credit I had. I was going to end up paying over the limit fees. I called Ramada Plaza Resorts again. Now they were the rudest people I have never heard before. I ask to speak with the supervisor they would not transfer me to a supervisor. I spoke with Damian again. He said she was going to call me back. After me calling two or three times she returned my phone. She (Susan the name she gave me), was the rudest person. She claimed to be the supervisor but she hang up on me.
Finally after calling like ten times, Susan told another representative to let me know that she had cancel everything and that my money was going to be returned to my credit card. Right now that's all I am waiting for. The guy Damien is just another sales representative.
