I also had purchased tickets (3 at $65.00 per) from "The Daily Save" for a travel deal with Lux Travel Group. I was very disatisfied with the service due to late departure from San Diego, trip and service *not as advertised*, late pick-up from Las Vegas and my needing to fill their escalade with nearly $50.00 in gasoline in order to make it home to San Diego. That evening, while still en route back to San Diego, I called Lux to request a refund.
After many attempts to resolve this issue (even after receiving a verbal assurance from one of the owners that my refund would be immediately processed), I still have not received my refund.
I am quite done calling and emailing them and am researching other avenues in dealing with this company.
Any help in resolving this issue without further work on my part would be greatly appreciated.
I would LOVE to be able to post that this is resolved on the sites I have given negative reviews (along with many other consumers) regarding this company.
My travel dates were July 25, return on July 26. My reservation numbers as emailed from Lux (once again..) were WRSA-13GEA and WRSA-121TU.
