Today I was informed by a friend in Florida to check out your complaint on the internet. After reading about all the unhappy customers and their horror stories.
I decided to cancel my trip. I had charged $598. On my credit card.
Today I called Ramada Plaza Resorts, Customer Service, phone l 800-203-9783 and spoke to their representative. I told them what I had read on your complaint about all the unhappy travelers, who have used your travel service.
I was told I should not believe your report, as anyone can put false statement on the internet.
They also told me that I cannot cancel my trip as it is a non-refundal package.
What should I do now. Please help.
