Did not receive vacation we were promised. Had to dish out our own money for things they said were included. They promised us refund of bid along with money to compensate us as well as a free cruise. Nothing came through. Tried to contact them numerous times, as well as registered mail, and Square Trade for mediation. We have sent a complaint to the Attorney General. These people should be put out of business. Shame on a man who describes himself as having two sons, one in the military. What kind of example are you? I'm sure your sons are proud of the way you ripp off good people.
