I made a reservation with otel.com, and now cannot access the web site or the voucher, vanished totally. They initially said I had to send an authorization form, was unable to do so, but saw that they had sent a voucher and my credit card had been charged. Now, nothing and I am OUT $113. Since it is a hotel in Holland, I really am not only irritated, but I had made it for my son & it caused me major angst!
