We communicated with these people and ask specific questions voicing our concerns relative to what they were offering. They responded telling us there was no problem with our concerns. We purchased the package for two airline tickets for $162.00 which was immediately taken from our account on line. Date Aug. 7
When the tickets arrived we looked at the restrictions listed and all of our problems that were not suppose to be problems, were problems. This was a horrible misreprenstion of the facts and just what it sounds like... A rip off. I tried to get the person to divulge their name and phone number so we could discuss. They declined. Then ask for a refund and was told no one in the "industry" refunds. That must be the rip off "industry" they are referring to.
This is really sad and these people or person should be found and held accountable. No telling how many others are not reporting this.
