NTTA has found another way to scam its customers. I recently added multiple vehicles to my toll account and thought that every thing was fine. NTTA has an "Auto charge" system that is activated when your account drops below $10. The system would charge you $40 to keep your account in the positive... Which was fine. My account has never dropped below the
recommended amount of $10.

When I added my other vehicles via online, NTTA's system never informed me nor did the system warn me that the limit would increase and that my account would now have to stay above $20... Or the auto charge would be $80. This is TERRIBLE
customer service! I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor who informed me that the only way she would refund my money was to close my account... What a joke.

They had no right to access my account and take $80 when the proper notification was never given. It would be different if they had informed me but they didn't. Where are the consumer rights of disclosure!!! They would rather make me close
my account then refund my money and admit that their system failed to properly notify me. I guess I should expect customer service like this when its all about the money!
