Dimitri Malinbaum is the vice president of this company and he will give you a great quote and assumed "final price". However this is just an initial payment that does not include costs that will occur when picking up your shipment. This company has fraudulent tactics and will someday be out of business. Dimitri seems like a nice guy but this is just an act to con his way into getting your money. Do not use ETC international freight and this is a warning to anyone thinking of doing business with them.
