I found out I had 5 warrants for my arrest in Texas when I have not lived there for over 4 years. I found out they were due to unpaid tolls. I called NTTA to find out there were a total of 160 violations on record totaling 21075.50. Come to find out it was not me. NTTA transfered everything out of my name and into the correct persons name but refuse to release the warrents. They say it is my problem and I have to deal with the courts. The courts say I have to show up for court but I have a total of 9 warrants in Collin and Dallas County. I live across the country and do not have the time or money to make a trip back to Dallas to handle this. I told this to NTTA and they say the police now have rights to cross state lines for these warrants. All I can say is I hope they do. If I go to jail for their mistake and my kids have to suffer... Lets just say that NTTA will pay for my kids college.
