We bought a sampler resort package for $1200, got our reservations, arrived to a shack of a room in piegon forge, tn after intense bitching we were upgraded to another room.
When they show you off these rooms, nothing but luxury are displayed. When you buy and reserve though, you are given nothing unless nearly a year in advance, you show up and you are given a shack, less than what you could have gotten with no reservation at a motel.
I tried to sell it but of course the next reality fell through—time shares depreciate worse than a vehicle off a car lot. Commissions are unreal to get rid of this money grabbing deal, taxes yearly, even if I were a time share holder for with two weeks biweekly your dues and taxes are annually for some reason. Also we were members of a sleep for cheap club in which blue green told us was part of our membership enhancement, no hotel referral cards was given. Etc. Blue green are nothing but money hungry animals, draining the american mid-income bracket of their future income.
