Rented a van on the 20th of march it is now the 17th of april and am still awaiting my £250 deposit "re-credited to your card" as i have returned the vehicle "without any new damage" and "in full working order". I have called them many times, sent them messages, always you get palmed off with excuses and this is not just illegal but contemptible.
