Complaint / review text:
On November 15,2011 I rented a Dodge Caravan from Alamo National Car Rental at Billings Logan Internation Airport. The vehicle was returned undamamged on November 16,2011. There was no one available to check the vehicle in. On December 29,2011 I was contacted bu PurCo Fleet Services regarding the damage to the rear bumper. Today, December 31,2011 I received the bill for $819.50. Photos were enclosed but could have been taken at anytime. I know there was no damage to this vehicle when it was returned. What recourse do I have?
