I had rented a vehicle the 19th of april to travel hundreds of miles north. First the rental company is really slow personell and is not always available will come with a call. If I would have known that they were this unprofessional I would have went with a more reputable company. They rented me a 04 Cavalier which seemed a little old for a rental. It had smelled of cigerette smoke and had small amount of hair on the dash and was dirty. What had really irritated me is the unconcern or care of treating me as a customer. I told them I will not make that mistake again and will go with enterprise if I need a rental.
