Ipoff! Not in boulder, but in arvada, colorado. They charged me $3.95 for a 'free' sa, ple plus shipping, then sent me the sample plus a home product kit which i did not order. The phone call was not productive, talking with a rude person who repeatedly told me 'NO REFUNDS!'. I was not allowed to talk to any one above her as i was at the highest level i could speak with. They charged me $78.41 foe the package i did not order which also contained no instructions for using, they said they had other customers to help and hung up on me. I would be happy to join a class action suit against them. I have mailed the product back, required by my bank which cost me an additional $15.00.
