I stayed one night at sleep inn in gallup new mexico and paid with a credit card we checked out at 9:16 am and left when i got my credit card bill there was a charge for 2 nights. I sent them a fax in reguards to this extra charge and they got back with me with in 10 mins. Of sending the fax a girl called me with the excuse that the maid had checked us back in because we had left our things there. I asked her what was left there that made them believe we didnt check out. She said she didnt know. We did not leave anything there. So i asked for them to credit my card for the charge and she said some one would call me and i would have to talk to the manager. So i waited for awhile called them and the person that answered the phone said he took a late lunch. I gave her my cell # and said have him call me, no responseas of yet so i called again this time he was in a meeting still nothing has been resolved as of yet so i faxed them another request and told them i needed something done about this and still nothing done. I dont know what else i can do i cant believe how they are allowed to get away with this. I wonder how many times they have gotten away with this steeling from customers. Please tell me what i can do about this as i have been giving the run around for to long. Thank you.
