I called to make reservations by phone on or about Sept. 27 for 2 rooms for 1 night. They took my credit card info to hold the rooms. I said I would pay cash when I got there. I arrived about 4 pm on Oct 4, paid for 2 rooms and 1 dog for 1 night with 2 $100.00 bills. We had room 118 and 119. We left Oct. 5 about 8 am. When I got my visa statement in November, there were 3 charges on my card: 10/5 and 10/4 and 10/5. These were posted 10/6 and 10/7 as if I had stayed 2 nights. I called the hotel 11 times and received no satisfaction. Whoever was on duty about 4pm on 10/4 pocketed my cash and billed my card. I always stay at Quality Inns and I always pay cash. Unfortunately my receipt is in NY and I am in Fl for 6 months. Laura at 440 324 7676 gave me the run around for a week, never returning my phone calls and acting as the manager. Then she said Peter, the real manager would have to check the cash receipts for 10/5. Well, guess what? If the $ went into someone's pocket, there will be no extra cash. And why would the entry be on 10/4 and 10/5 if I checked in on the 4th and left on the 5th and they posted 10/5 and 10/6 like I was in one room for 2 nights.
