Super 8 Motel Is Dishonest Rude Rip Me Off! Credit card rip off

I called on a friday night to make a reservation for a Jaccuzi suite on saturday. I gave them my credit card info and and personal information and was told almost at the end of the conversation that the room was a smoking suite. I told him that I didnt want a smoking suite. He told me all their jacuzzi suites wer smoking. So I told him nevermind then to cancel my booking. I hadnt even been given a confirmation # at this point and we hung up. Well come monday i found that my card had been charged 133.00!!!

So I called the hotel and talk to what sounded like the same guy that I had attempted to make the booking with on friday and he told me he remembered making the booking with me but he didnt remember any of the conversation about the smoking suite part. And tha he would talk to his manager about reversing the NO show charges. And we hung up. When i called back to get his name gete his name and he was all rude and told me i didnt need his name. And so i ask for his bosses name. He told me Sam, i said sam what? And he said i only needed to know sam. So i gave it a week and the charges still hadnt been reversed. So i called sam and Sam almost called me a liar and said that i obviously made the booking because it was in the computer. And it didnt matter that he didnt give me a booking #... He wanted the cancelation #. I told him i wasnt given one of those either. I stopped the booking and cancelled in mid process. As far as i was concerned the transaction wasnt complete and the guy never mentioned it was complete or that i couldnt cancel. He just kept the booking and charge my card on monday! So sam tod me he heard my story, but he had to talk to they guy that took the booking and get his side of the story and ask me to call him back between 1-2 pm.
I was so mad after i hung up with sam after practacally being called a liar and told he didnt care what i had to say the booking was in the computer. I felt i was getting no where. So i called and filed a formal complaint with the super 8 coroporate headquartes. So the guy at corporate gave me a formal complaint # and told me to contact the property owner directly. So after i talk to corporate i tried to call the manager, but apparently they have caller id and they wouldnt take my call... And i mean i called like 5 times and let it ring til it was busy.

So I waited until around lunch time and tried again and was told the property owner wasnt in, he would be in around 6 pm. A girl anwered this time. I waited until 1 and called back for sam to find out if he had talk to his employee yet and big surprise he has left for the day and wont be back until in the morning!!!

After waiting til 6 to contact the property owner i am told he isnt there either and he will be in in the morning as well. So i have been jerked around all day by these people and i get to get up and do it all again tomorrow!!! These people have no idea what customer service is and they have selective memory and hearing!!
