Unable to contact and get refund!

DIRECTAIR shut down all flights March 13 until May 15 because it owes Plattsburgh $100,000 for fuel. My frustration: this is out of my control. I have no recourse to get my $238.38 back on a plane ticket slated for a vacation March 17th to March 22nd which is now ruined! No one at DirectAir is answering phones, they only direct you to their website and then hang up! Horrible Horrible experience!!!

Obviously no one there is running the company and they're avoiding customers. May 15th? Godd luck with that! No one's going to rely on this company now who runs away from resolving their customers issues! I just want my money back please! The kicker: I tried to get money back from my bank and "dispute" the charges but since I used my DEBIT card and I purchased the ticket 60 days ago, they can't help me out! Directair you suck! You've left everyone stranded to fend for themselves! Awful! I hope Plattsburgh kicks you out!
