Deceiving Customers with fine print contract

Today I did a bid for a hotel on Priceline. I was asked how many rooms I would like and I said 1. I initialed without reading the fine print. Once I got my confirmation email, the email clearly said 2 guests. I as confused thinking I accidentally indicated 2 instead of 3 guests. I call the Priceline hotline and as I'm waiting I'm going through the steps I took and realized that there isn't a field that even asks how many guests. When I spoke to the customer service representative she told me that the hotel would only accept to a room and that I would have to pay for another room. What I don't understand is that Priceline does not clearly state to its customers on the website that some hotels will only accept 2 guests to a room. I realize it's in the fine print, but by adding it in the fine print and not adding it as a field or clearly stating it on the site is quite deceiving and extremely unacceptable. The customer representative even offered me a $50 coupon and then said oh sorry won't even give you that. Then the next department did the same thing by offering $10 off the next hotel and also the same thing, they never emailed me. What a horrible experience. Not only have I lost $800, Priceline has ruined my dream trip to Paris with my family. Once a loyal customer, I will never use Priceline again.
