I own timeshare in Cancun and has been for sale for 2 years. First Capital Financial contacted me with a buyer and needed me to send $2,300.00 for my "good faith" portion which will be returned at the closing time. I sent the bank check on Jan. 6, and haven't heard anything since. The more I read on line, many complaints have come up and this looks to be a fraud.
