Mega Capital Group contacted me and said that they were not a time-share reseller, but a broker that represented their client (Mark Adams) who wanted to purchase our time share and put it into his portfolio. I tried to ontact BBB but they couln't help me be cause they were not a paid member of BBB. I signed a contract and was to have my monies by 12/31. I've tried to vall Mega Capiysls 800 number snd left a messages with the date, time, name and phone number. Christine would call me back in January and said that they were waiting for a settlement datr which would be in a few days. It is now Juneand no calls were made back to me. I asked for either the monies for the timeshare or the deposut that i put down which would be given back to me at settlement. Now they will not even call me back. I contact the Florida Attorney General, Dept. Of Consumer Affairs, Professional Licensing and even the office of the Florida Governor. So far I have not received any help. I'm also a Senior Citizen, which is suppose to carry an extra penalty against this company. This is a laugh when you can't get any office to help you to get your monies back. Thry tell me to take it to small claims court. I'm in Virginia and this happened in Florida
