We booked a cruise. Booking agent gave us chance to upgrade. Told we were staying in beachfront condo. Paid $198 to stay at beach resort. Was not told of a tour. Told non-refundable when we ask to cancel. Told we had to stay. Not refundable. Had to go on tour or would not receive cruise tickets. Purchased 18 months with no affiliation with the Ramada. Told tour was 2 hours. Tour lasted 51/2 hours & was over hour away. Group of homeless people living in or near parking lot. Told not to put luggage on floor near window because if it rained it would get wet. Food was not good. Husband got sick from food. N/V, diarrhea and cramping. I wouldn't eat food. I called to book cruise & was offered this upgrade. Two romantic nights in Ft. Lauderdale in beachfront condo for $198. Found out about tour when received itinerary. Wouldn't let us cancel with refund. Ruined my entire vacation that I had waited 18 months on. Even tour salesperson told us we should have stayed in Bahamas instead of there because that place was a dump. That was his exact words. Want refund or want to be compensated in some way.
