For anyone going to cruise, beware, never book shore excursions through portpromotions.com, they are linked from Travelocity.com,
I booked my shore excursions the beginning of May this year for 3 days tour from 5/18-5/20 and never received any confirmation from them until 5/19 which is the 2nd day of tour started, of cause I didn't go to the tour because I have no confirmation and voucher for it.
After I come back from the cruise then see they sent the email confirmation on 5/19 which I already on the cruise and they still charged me for the tour I didn't go and they insist that I did attend the 3 days tour over the phone. And now I still work with my credit card company to dispute this charge ($387.00) which already wasted a lot of my time. Shame on them&portpromotions.com
