This company is a big ripoff. Got a phone call the other evening saying that I was chosen to win a vacation and they would give me $1600 towards traveling. They then went on the offer me a 7 night 6 day stay at the Hacienda tres rios resort in Cancun and this trip was all inclusive. They then told me it was for 2 adults and 2 children. I told them I have 4 children and normally 6 of us travel together. They told me no problem I would have to pay an additional $89 for each additional person. The vacation would cost me $1698 and they would give me a free 6 day 5 nights in Orlando Florida after taking a 90 minute presentation. They had me go on the internet to look at the resort (granted it looks beautiful)... They told me the vacation would have to be paid by the end of the phone call to hold it. I told them I didnt have that kind of money... She assured me we could set up payment plans... I was on the phone for several hours with Nikki and here comes the big blow to the head. I asked about AIRFARE... She told me it was not included but assured me they have an in house travel agency and they buy in bulk and can offer super great flight discounts... Shouldnt cost me more than $200 per person... I thought OK the place looks nice, the price is good, airfare prices are good... Sounds like the perfect vacation right... WRONG.

She then transferred me to Mario... He went over the details and recorded some of the phone call... I paid a $429 deposit with my credit card... Called the reservation dept the next day to get a quote on airfare. WOW they told me it would cost $495 pp... A huge cry from the $200 she told me it was gonna be... Thought this was IN HOUSE travel... Hell I can get it cheaper online. I automatically called them back and told them what was going on... He told me he would listen to my recorded conversation and call me the next day... No phone call I called him back the next day he said he listened to it and they didnt quote me a exact price... WRONG they did... I asked him for a refund because there was no way I could afford the airfare. He told me it was non refundable... But I could sell it or give it away... Yeah right... I then asked him if I could go somewhere in the states for the money I paid... He told me he would check with a supervisor... Came back and said NO... Called my credit card company to see if the deposit posted... They said it did (didnt take them long) and I was pretty much SOL (hard lesson learned.)

After I asked to talk to a supervisor I talked to the manager Alberto... He told me they didnt quote me that price (I guess I am now a liar) and he would pay my vacation paid in full for Cancun... Not the Hacienda tres Rios and I would have to pay an additional $399 plus airfare (look I told him AIRFARE was the issue) he then told me he would look into it and call me back (again no phone call) called him back and he said he would send me to Miami Florida if I payed another $1258 for a condo for 4 ppl... Hello I have 6 in my family that aint gonna do me no good... He said that is all he could do... So to make a longer story short... They took my $429 and knew that I wouldnt be traveling to Mexico... Right now I am disputing with my credit card company but they told me they have 15 days. If anybody wants to file a dispute so this doesnt happen to more people please contact me... I am more than happy to talk to you about my situation. Beware... They are RIP OFF artists. I am frustrated... Bunch of liars they ARE!!!
