I called Nations travel on 03/01 for the Orlando vacation package. The agent (Brian) told me that the Orlando 5 days t nights package cost $149.98 per person $49 activation airfare tax and hotel tax. The total will be around $270 per person included airfare. I paid $450 for three people on 03/01. After two weeks they sent me the certificate. So I sent another $294 activation fee and the certificate back with the date I requested for my vacation. A week later they email me the itinerary which i have to pay another $1727.88 and shorted one day on the trip. I called the agent back and made a complaint. He either hang up my call or avoided to answer my calls. I call the customer service, the coordinator and the manager to complaint. Non of them willing want to help me. The last time i call to request for the refund. They never give me any respond.
