This company contacts me with an automated system, requesting me to take a 30-second survey in order to win a free, 2-day Caribbean cruise. System instructs to press 1 to take the survey and be connected to a customer service representative, or press 9 to decline the survey and have one's phone number removed from their list. I've pressed "9" at least three times - still they call me back. Just today I finally pressed "1" and threatened the customer service rep with being reported to the Michigan Attorney General's office if they called me again. We'll see.
