TravelHouseinc or Raj Khanna, Promises low fares to India and once you remit payment, ticket will not be issued, Primus

Agent advertises and claims to offer tickets to India. Requests that you wire money to Chase Account. Once done, he will not issue ticket but will keep making excuses. He has now stopped responding to calls. It appears he has done this to numerous indians by promising discounted air tickets to India.
