Please don't take any advice from Cheap o air. I really had a very bad experience with one of their agents. They are not professionals and they don't know any proper information. I booked my round trip ticket from US to India. I clearly mentioned to the travel agent that I have work visa in US and planning for a vacation to India. He helped to book ticket from India through Toronto (Canada) but never told me that I need a transit visa. Though I clearly informed the type of Visa I have in US. Airport authorities ihn India didn't allow me to fly and I have to cancel the ticket and rebook a new ticket. Since I have to report back to my work on Monday. Due to lack of knowledge from one agent, I literally go through too much of frustration and I really don't know how to explain the terrible situation I was in. I tried calling and want to report the complaint to the supervisor and waited more than 15 minutes but nobody bothered. This is the great experience I had with cheap o air.
