I received a phone call from vacation capital which sounded great. Was told i could cancel and there was a ten day free trial. I received the pkg and decided it was not what i had thought it was and cancelled. I sent the id card and my notice of cancelation back to vacation capital where i was instructed to on may 5th.
Much to my surprise it was taken out of my acct. On may 12 th... Called capital vacations and was told it was never received. Hum after looking on the internet it seems im not alone with this company, they gave me a address to write and get a refund, we will see for the fecord i sent it out to where they have to sign for it. Lets see what happens now???
