This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. My mom, sister, and myself stayed here on our way down for my wedding in Gatlinburg. We picked up my sister at the airport and got to the hotel around 1:00 in the morning so we were wore out. Upon arrival we paid over 80.00 for 2 queen beds smoking. We stayed in room 150. My sister noticed that there were peanut shells on the floor, the TV didn't work, the blow dryer cord was completely cut in half. I was really lucky I didn't try to use it. The toilet would not flush. When I called down to the front desk the clerk was very rude she said she would be more than happy to move us. If this room was like this I could only imagine the other rooms. We already had our stuff unpacked and like I said it was 1:45am by this time. The next morning my mom noticed that there was pubic hair in her bed and a towel that was on the side of the shower was dirty. I called and spoke with the manager and all we would give us was a 10% discount. Pretty ridiculous. Not to mention that he said that he had me on tape with the clerk offering to move us or check us out. 1. She never offered to check us out. 2. It is illegal to record someone without them knowing it. When I brought this up to the manager he said there was a sign posted in the lobby, the funny thing is I never went into the lobby my sister went in to get the room. This place was a joke and not a good way to start the week before I got married.
