I booked a trip to Maui and needed to cancel the whole trip which was suppose to be my wedding date. The cost of my trip was 3,285.00. They only refunded me 2,190.00 and gave me a CREDIT of 895.00 for my flight tickets! I am furious I do not want a CREDIT i paid with cash and I want my cash back. They are a RIP OFF and will NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! This is the first and the last time. SO they kept 200.00 as a CANCELLATION fee! Plus i need to pay 150.00 fee for each flight ticket when i do use them!!! THis is ridiculous!!
