Direct air contacted me today to notify me that they have cancelled service between Rockford, Il and West Palm Beach, Fl. Therefore, they have cancelled my flight departing Friday December 23 and returning Saturday December 31. I was flying my entire family of 6 and now will have to pay atleast 3 times the amount originally paid to fly during the holiday season due to the late notice. On top of that, I was told I would have to wait 10 to 14 days for my refund to be processed. So THEY cancel the flight and and hold on to my money for an additional two weeks. Stay away from Direct Air! It is not worth it.
