I booked a trip online through groupon with Lux Ground. Was supposed to leave Thursday (8/4) and return on the following Sunday. The bus never showed after telling another customer they would be there at 1. Then they cancelled the trip at 12:30! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today (8/5) at 9:15 AM only to wait until 12 noon for the bus to show. I am currently going up a grade in a P.O.S. Bus, with no AC on because it might overheat. We even pulled over to let the bus cool down! I will not be taking Lux Ground on my way home because I don't want to be stuck waiting in the heat listening to BS excuses!
PS... They told me the bus was cancelled yesterday due to a fire on a freeway! We are in southern California, there is 10 ways to get anywhere you want.
