Ripoff billing fraudulent ripoff business

I was billed $161.64 for a service I supposely used on a day when no one was at home. When I called to get information about this bill, the person I talked to was uncooperative and rude.

I've had my internet service for along time and nothing like this has ever happened. We are now afraid to use our internet and have considered disconnecting.
