Pegasus Hava Tasimaciligi Anonim Sirketi Paid for tickets never received Istanbul

In july
I paid for airlines tickets from Pegasus Airlines (about 900 Euro).
I never received the tickets.
I called several times, they always assure you that the money wll be transferred back to you but until today (october) I did not receive my money back.

I searched on the internet and found several people in different countries that had the same experience with this company.
