Ripoff or let's say being robbed by their policy, I urge you not to stay in this suites or "a robbing motel" as a better term

I signed up to stay there a week from Monday1 to Monday2. I was asked to deposit $100.00 202.00 for room = 302.00 paid right away and supposed to check out by Noon on Monday2.

Because my business reason, I had to stay there one more night which would make me to check out on Tuesday. So, on Monday2, I had to go to work and the office is open 11:00am to 7:00pm Mon-Fri; therefore I could not inform the clerk in person. I then had to call the office phone # to inform them that I will stay there for 1 more day and I also left my cell phone # to be called back.

So, after I got back from work on Monday2, the office was closed and I figured out the my room access card didn't work anymore. I had to sleep in my car over the night, and had to go to work on Tuesday morning, then I had to get out off work in the middle of the day to come in person to deal with my check out.

The clerk simply said that I totally lost my $100.00 deposit because I didn't check out on time which is Monday2 by Noon but on Monday2, I did call and left message and my phone number, no one called me back. What else can I do with their rediculous Office hours?

The worst thing is they won't let me pack up my stuff in my room, but instead someone else packed it up for me and the guy forgot my paints and T-shirts, grociers food. I insisted the manager to have someone come in to get them for me but he said "pack up and leave". Was I being robbed???

What is the appropriate reason that I should lose my $100.00?? They simply say: "It is our policy.". How could justice allow such a robbing policy???

I'm writing this not because of the lost money that I concern but the justice and human's feelings. You would understand me better if you were treated as I was.

For the sake of your vacation, for the experiences in your life, I urge you not to stay in this suites or "a robbing motel" as a better term.
