Travel Value Alert - First Choice Vacations
Travel Value Alert And First Choice Vactions ripoff takes your money but never provides services promised

I signed up with Travel Value Alert, (tvaclub.Biz) on line. I was initially promised an airline ticket for me. However, later the supervisor (now working in a different area) informed me it had to be two people. At the time I went along with it and decided to use the two airline tickets for my daughter as a wedding present. I had send in the required $60 check because it was suppose to be for two individual prices. This is in addition to the $189 for joining TVA. Apparently it was some sort of service fee.

After the supervisor told me that it was for two people only, not one as originally agreed upon, he informed me it would be only $30, however, he requested that First Choice Vacations (A Travel Agent working with Travel Value Alert), could cash the check for $60 and First Choice Vactions would refund me the Money. However, First Choice Vacations did cash the check however, they never refunded me my $30.

Later I submitted the documentation and the additional $250 required by First Choice Vacations, a refundable amount required for any hotel reservations. Apparently, if the hotel was less than the $250 the remainder of the money would be refunded.

Anyway, I tried several times contacting Travel Value Alert and First Choice Vacations for reservations for my daughter and future son-in-law, Travel Value Alert would always extend the time period on when First Choice Vacations would contact me for my daughter's airline tickets. I was never contact by phone or e-mail. Finally, I did receive an e-mail, after I already sent a certified letter requesting a complete refund from both Travel Value Alert and First Choice Vacations. The e-mail from Travel Value Alert informed me they were sorry and First Choice Vacations would be phoning about my reservation by a certain day. However, they never phoned me or even tried to contacted me. It has been over 10 business days since they received my request, however, neither one of them have refunded my money as of yet!

I should add that when trying to telephone Travel Value Alert at their 800 number today, it had been disconnected. Also, after leaveing several messages with First Choice Vacations, requesting them to call me, they have never called me. I believe both Travel Value Alert and First Choice Vacation are two of the biggest ripoffs I have ever had the bad experience of dealing with. If anyone has had success in getting their refund, please let us know how! The Fax number listed is actually First Choice Vacations. No one ever answers the phone and phone systems tells you to leave your number and they will get back with you ASAP. However, no one ever returns your telephone calls.
